What are you doing tonight? Going to a glittering feast at the Rainbow Room? Crowding into Times Square to see the ball drop? Joining the Road Runners for a midnight run in Central Park? Sampling fabulous events in Queens? Fireworks in Prospect Park?

Or are you more like us—having a few friends over? Worrying about what foods go best with champagne? Hoping you have the wherewithal to stay up for a midnight toast?

We are going for a quiet family meal and then a small gathering at home. We’ll stay up til about 12:01, and toast what we hope will be a brilliant 2020.
